The process of obtaining an identity document is now more modern, simpler and faster.
Whether you are a citizen of the Republic of Armenia or a foreign national, you can use the HayPass online platform to select the type of biometric document you need and submit your application in the way that suits you best, anytime and from anywhere.

When completing the application, enter the required information, select a convenient date and time for your appointment, and make the necessary payments.

You can also apply in person by visiting any HayPass office and using the available self-service option.

On the scheduled date, visit the service centre you selected, present your identity document, and complete the process through the one-stop-shop service, including having your photograph taken and providing your fingerprints and signature.

Once you receive notification that your document is ready, visit the same service centre to collect it.
