ԵՄ կողմից ֆինանսավորվող «Աջակցություն ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների և անվտանգության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներին» ծրագրի շրջանակում ՆԳ նախարարությանը տրամադրվել է տեխնիկական աջակցություն:

Հզորացվել են Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի կարողությունները. գերժամանակակից տեխնիկական միջոցները թույլ կտան առավել արդյունավետ կառավարել օպերատիվ իրավիճակը, բարձրացնել արձագանքման մակարդակը։

ՆԳ նախարարության ծառայությունների մատուցման որակի վերահսկողության վարչությանը տրամադրվել են դյուրակիր համակարգիչներ, որոնք թույլ կտան քաղաքացիների արձագանքները կամ ընթացիկ ստուգումների տվյալներն անմիջապես մուտքագրել համակարգ, ապահովել դրանց օպերատիվ վերլուծությունը՝ բարելավելով ծառայությունների մատուցման որակը:
