ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը հունվարի 20-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում ՄԱԿ-ի մշտական համակարգող Ֆղանսուազ Ժակոբին։
Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղազարյանն ու Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն-ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Կամո Ցուցուլյանը։
Արփինե Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է ՄԱԿ-ի գրասենյակների հետ ՆԳ նախարարության լայնածավալ համագործակցությունը, որն ընդգրկում է նախարարության մանդատի շրջանակում առկա գործառույթները։
Նախարարի խոսքով՝ փոխգործակցությունն ընդլայնվելու միտում ունի՝ հաշվի առնելով վերջերս մեկնարկած ՆԳ նախարարության մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացմանը միտված նոր ծրագիրը։
Ֆղանսուազ Ժակոբը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել շարունակելու համագործակցությունը՝ ընդգծելով հատկապես Փրկարար ծառայության հետ ակտիվ փոխգործակցությունը։
Քննարկվել են համագործակցության ուղղությունների ընդլայնման հեռանկարները, ներառյալ` մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության, հատկապես երեխաների իրավունքների ապահովման, Փրկարար ծառայությանը տեխնիկական աջակցություն տրամադրելու հարցեր։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև Փրկարար ծառայության կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններին, հանցավորության դեմ պայքարին, նախարարության ենթակա ծառայություններում կանանց ներգրավվածության խթանմանը։
Կողմերն ընդգծել են համագործակցությունը շարունակելու պատրաստակամությունը՝ ուղղված համատեղ ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացմանը։

On January 20, the Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan received the UN Resident Coordinator (RC) in Armenia Françoise Jacob.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Armen Ghazaryan, and the Director of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs – Deputy Minister Kamo Tsutsulyan.
Arpine Sargsyan emphasized the extensive cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and UN offices, which addresses all the functions within the framework of the Ministry’s mandate.
According to the Minister, the cooperation tends to expand taking into account the recently launched new project for the Ministry of Internal Affairs aimed at improving the human resource management system.
Françoise Jacob thanked for the reception and expressed her readiness to continue the cooperation, emphasizing the particularly active collaboration with the Rescue Service.
The prospects for expanding cooperation in various areas were discussed, including the protection of human rights, particularly ensuring children’s rights, and providing technical support to the Rescue Service.
The structural changes in the Rescue Service, the fight against crime, and the promotion of women’s involvement in services subordinate to the ministry were also mentioned.
The parties emphasized their willingness to continue cooperation aimed at the effective implementation of joint programs.
