ՆԳ նախարարության պատվիրակությունը հունվարի 20-ից 22-ը Իսպանիայում էր։ Ուսումնաճանաչողական այցը կազմակերպվել էր «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներքին գործերի նախարարության արդյունավետության խթանում մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման բարեփոխումների միջոցով» ծրագրի շրջանակում, որն իրականացվում է ԱՄՆ ֆինանսավորմամբ, ՄԱԶԾ-ի կողմից՝ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ։

ՆԳ նախարարության և ՄԱԶԾ ներկայացուցիչները հանդիպումներ են ունեցել Իսպանիայի Ներքին գործերի նախարարության, Իսպանիայի ազգային ոստիկանության և Քաղաքացիական գվարդիայի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների հետ։

Քննարկվել են մարդկային ռեսուրսների կառավարման, կադրային վերապատրաստումների, աշխատանքի գնահատման և առաջխաղացման, ԵՄ և միջազգային իրավապահ ցանցերում ներգրավվածության և մի շարք այլ հարցեր:

Պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Քաղաքացիական գվարդիայի Արանխուեսի համալսարանական կենտրոն, որտեղ ներկայացվել են իրավապահ ոլորտում կրթական համակարգը և վերապատրաստման ծրագրերը։ Քննարկվել են նաև համագործակցության և գիտական ու մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման ծրագրերին վերաբերող հարցեր։

Կողմերը պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել ՆԳՆ կրթահամալիրի և Արանխուեսի համալսարանական կենտրոնի միջև 2024 թվականի ստորագրված հուշագրի շրջանակում շարունակել և ընդլայնել համագործակցությունը:

Human Resource Management Reforms on the Agenda: MIA Delegation Conducts Study Visit to Spain
The delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was in Spain from January 20 to 22. The visit was organized within the framework of the project “Promoting the Efficiency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia through Human Resource Management Reforms,” which is funded by the United States and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Representatives of the Ministry and UNDP met with high-ranking officials of the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, the Spanish National Police, and the Civil Guard.
The discussions covered human resource management, personnel training, performance evaluation and promotion systems, engagement in EU and international law enforcement networks, and other related matters.
The delegation visited the Civil Guard University Centre in Aranjuez, where the education system and training programs in the law enforcement sector were presented. Issues related to cooperation, as well as academic and professional training programs, were also discussed.
The parties expressed their willingness to continue and expand cooperation between the MIA Educational Complex and the Civil Guard University Centre in Aranjuez within the framework of the memorandum signed in 2024.
