ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ երկօրյա աշխատանքային այցով Վրաստանում գտնվող Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարարության պատվիրակությունը հուլիսի 21-ին այցելել է Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ «112» հանրային անվտանգության կառավարման կենտրոն։
Վրաստանի ՆԳ փոխնախարարներ Գիորգի Բութխուզիի և Ալեքսանդրե Դարախվելիձեի ուղեկցությամբ Արփինե Սարգսյանն ու ՆԳ նախարարության պատվիրակության անդամները շրջել են կենտրոնում։ Կենտրոնի տնօրեն Գիորգի Արսոշվիլին մանրամասն ծանոթացրել է կենտրոնի հիմնական գործառույթներին, ենթակառուցվածքներին, ներկայացրել է ճգնաժամային իրավիճակներում իրականացվող գործողությունները։
Պատվիրակության անդամներին ներկայացվել են նաև ճանապարհային երթևեկության տեսալուսանկարահանման ու ընտանեկան բռնության կանխարգելման նպատակով կիրառվող էլեկտրոնային մոնիթորինգի համակարգերի աշխատանքը։
Նույն օրը Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունը այցելել է նաև Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարության ակադեմիա։ Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Շալվա Թադումաձեն և ակադեմիայի ռեկտոր Լելա Չիկովանին ներկայացրել են ուսումնապրոցեսի մանրամասները։
Պատվիրակության անդամները հետևել են դասախոսություններին և ցուցադրական պարապմունքներին։
Այցի ընթացքում քննարկել են երկու երկրների ՆԳ նախարարությունների կրթական հաստատությունների միջև փոխգործակցության զարգացման ու համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման վերաբերյալ հարցեր, ինչպես նաև կրթության և մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման ոլորտներում երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնման ու փորձի փոխանակման հնարավորությունները։
Հունիսի 22-ին նախարար Սարգսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Արդարադատության նախարարության Հանրային ծառայությունների կենտրոն։ Տնօրեն Վախթանգ Ժվանիան ներկայացրել է պետական ծառայությունների մատուցման վրացական մոդելը։
Պատվիրակության անդամները շրջել են տարածքում, ծանոթացել նորարարական ծրագրերին և տեխնոլոգիական լուծումներին, ինչպես նաև շարժական ծառայություններին, ինչը հասանելի է երկրի ողջ տարածքում՝ 125 մասնաճյուղերի միջոցով։
Նույն օրը Հայաստանի պատվիրակությունն այցելել է պարեկային ոստիկանության վարչություն, ծանոթացել իրականացված բարեփոխումներին և ապագա ծրագրերին։
Փոխնախարար Դարախվելիձեն և վարչության ղեկավար Լևան Մայսուրաձեն տեղում ներկայացրել են ծառայության հիմնական գործառույթները, ծանոթացրել ավտոպարկին ու Միասնական սպասարկման կենտրոնին, որտեղ քաղաքացիներին ծառայությունները մատուցվում են «մեկ պատուհանի» սկզբունքով։
Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ ծառայությունների գործակալությունում՝ նախարար Սարգսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը ծանոթացել է տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման ու համարանիշների թողարկման գործընթացներին, ինչպես նաև վարորդական իրավունքի տեսական ու գործնական քննությունների անցկացման կարգին։
ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել գործընկերներին ջերմ ընդունելության և արդյունավետ հանդիպումների համար՝ ընդգծելով երկու գերատեսչությունների միջև սերտ համագործակցության կարևորությունը՝ որպես երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորված բարեկամական հարաբերություններն ամրապնդող գործոն։
During the working visit, the delegation led by the Minister of Internal Affairs held meetings with subordinate services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia
On July 21, as part of a two-day working visit to Georgia, the delegation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia, led by Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, visited the Public Safety Command Center “112” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
Accompanied by Deputy Ministers of Internal Affairs of Georgia, Giorgi Butkhuzi and Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, Minister Arpine Sargsyan and members of the Armenian delegation toured the center. The Director of the Center, Giorgi Arsoshvili, presented the main functions and infrastructure of the facility in detail and introduced the procedures implemented during crisis situations.
The delegation members were also introduced to the operation of electronic monitoring systems used for road traffic surveillance and the prevention of domestic violence.
On the same day, the Armenian delegation visited the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, where Georgia’s Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, Shalva Tadumadze, and the Academy’s Rector, Lela Chikovani, presented details of the educational process. The delegation members attended lectures and practical demonstration sessions.
During the visit, discussions were held on topics related to the development of cooperation between the educational institutions of the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the two countries and the implementation of joint programs. Opportunities for expanding bilateral cooperation and exchanging experience in the fields of education and professional training were also explored.
On July 22, the delegation led by Minister Sargsyan visited the Public Services Center of the Ministry of Justice. Director Vakhtang Zhvania presented the Georgian model of public service delivery.
The delegation toured the facility and familiarized themselves with innovative programs and technological solutions, as well as mobile services available throughout the country via 125 branches.
On the same day, the Armenian delegation visited the Patrol Police Department, where they learned about implemented reforms and future plans. Deputy Minister Darakhvelidze and the Head of the Department, Levan Maisuradze, presented the core functions of the service and introduced the vehicle fleet and the Unified Service Center, where citizens are served under the “one-stop-shop” principle.
At the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, the delegation, led by Minister Sargsyan, was introduced to the processes of vehicle registration and license plate issuance, as well as the procedures for conducting theoretical and practical driving license examinations.
The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Arpine Sargsyan, expressed gratitude to her colleagues for the warm welcome and productive meetings, emphasizing the importance of close cooperation between the two ministries as a key factor in strengthening the friendly relations between the two countries.
