ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը մարտի 30-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Կատարի Պետության նորանշանակ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մանսուր Աբդուլլա Ալ-Սուլայթինին:

Նախարար Սարգսյանը նշանակման կապակցությամբ շնորհավորելով դեսպանին՝ վստահություն է հայտնել, որ նրա գործունեության ընթացքում երկու երկրների Ներքին գործերի նախարարությունների համագործակցությունը նոր արդյունքների կհանգեցնի։

Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Հայաստանն աշխարհի ամենաապահով պետություններից է, որտեղ ինքն իրեն անվտանգ է զգում։ Առանձնահատուկ շեշտվել է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն ու Կատարի Պետությունը, միջազգային տարբեր վարկանիշային ցուցանիշներով, մշտապես ընդգրկվում են աշխարհի ամենաապահով երկրների շարքում, ինչը կարևոր հիմք է ներքին անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության ընդլայնման համար։

Քննարկվել են զանգվածային միջոցառումների ժամանակ անվտանգության ապահովման, աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման ու դիմակայունության բարձրացման ուղղությամբ համագործակցության հեռանկարները, ինչպես և վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականների փոխադարձ ճանաչման հարցեր։

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև ՆԳՆ համակարգի ծառայողների վերապատրաստման հարցերին․ այդ համատեքստում առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել Կատարի Պետության Կիբեռակադեմիայում Հայաստանի ոստիկանների մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման հնարավորություններին։

Կողմերը վերահաստատել են տարբեր ուղղություններով համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու պատրաստակամությունը։

Cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the State of Qatar Enters a New Stage of Development: The Minister of Internal Affairs Receives the Newly Appointed Ambassador of the State of Qatar
On March 30, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Arpine Sargsyan, received His Excellency Mansour Abdulla Salem Saad Al Sulaitin, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Armenia.
Congratulating the Ambassador on his appointment, Minister Sargsyan expressed confidence that during his tenure, cooperation between the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the two countries will yield new results.
The Ambassador emphasized that the Republic of Armenia is one of the safest countries in the world, where he personally feels secure. He further highlighted that both the Republic of Armenia and the State of Qatar consistently rank among the world’s safest countries according to various international indices, which provides a solid basis for expanding cooperation in the field of internal security.
The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in ensuring security during mass events, as well as in disaster risk management and resilience-building. Issues related to the mutual recognition of driving licences were also addressed.
Particular attention was given to the training of personnel within the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In this context, emphasis was placed on opportunities for the professional development of Armenian police officers at the State of Qatar’s Cyber Academy.
The parties reaffirmed their readiness to further expand cooperation across a range of areas.
