Սևանի ջրափրկարարական ջոկատի նոր վարչական համալիրի շինարարական աշխատանքներն ավարտված են։ Ջրափրկարարական ջոկատն այսուհետ ծառայությունը կազմակերպելու է առավել արդիական, միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան պայմաններում, ինչը կնպաստի աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը։
Հուլիսի 13-ին տեղի է ունեցել նոր վարչական համալիրի բացման արարողությունը, որին մասնակցել են ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը և Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Դեյվիդ Ալենը։
Ներկա էին նաև Փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն-ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արամ Ղազարյանը, Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Սարգսյանը, պետական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ներկայացուցիչներ։
ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ԱՄՆ կառավարությանը, Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանությանը և բոլոր գործընկերներին՝ հատուկ ջրափրկարարական կայանի նոր վարչական համալիրի կառուցմանն աջակցելու համար, ընդգծել է, որ տարիների ընթացքում ձևավորված համագործակցությունը վերածվել է կառուցողական գործընկերության և բարեկամության։
Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ՀՀ կառավարությունը շարունակելու է հետևողական քայլեր ձեռնարկել Փրկարար ծառայության զարգացման ուղղությամբ՝ ընդլայնելով ենթակառուցվածքային հնարավորություններն ու ամրապնդելով ծառայության կարողությունները։
«Այս շենքը նոր ենթակառուցվածք է․ մենք ներդրում ենք կատարում նոր ենթակառուցվածքի վրա, բայց այն առավելապես ներդրում է մեր փրկարարների և մեր քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ամրապնդման գործում, որովհետև պակաս կարևոր չէ, թե ինչ աշխատանքային պայմաններում և ինչպիսի անվտանգաին պայմաններում են ապրում փրկարարները, ծավալում իրենց գործունեությունը, կատարում փրկարարական գործողություն, որովհետև դրանից է կախված առավելապես, թե ինչպիսի որակով աշխատանք կմատուցենք մենք մեր քաղաքացիներին։
Այս ենթակառուցվածքը պիտի լինի մեր բոլորի համար նոր մեկնակետ՝ զարգացնելու մեր կարողությունները, ձևավորելու նոր հմտություններ, ավելի կատարելագործելու դրանք և մեր հանրությանը մատուցելու նոր որակի ծառայություն»,- ընգծել է Արփինե Սարգսյանը։
ՆԳ նախարարը բարձր է գնահատել ջրափրկարարների նվիրումն ու պատասխանատու ծառայությունը՝ նշելով, որ նրանց աշխատանքը հաճախ վճռորոշ է մարդկային կյանքերի փրկության գործում։ Նա վստահություն է հայտնել, որ ենթակառուցվածքի գործարկումը նոր հնարավորություններ կստեղծի ծառայության զարգացման համար՝ ամրապնդելով ջրափրկարարների կարողությունները և մեծացնելով յուրաքանչյուր փրկարարական գործողության հաջողությամբ ավարտվելու հավանականությունը։
Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Դեյվիդ Ալենը, անդրադառնալով ՆԳ նախարարության և ԱՄՆ կառավարության միջև ձևավորված համագործակցությանը, նշել է, որ այն շարունակաբար ամրապնդվում է՝ ընդգրկելով նաև Փրկարար ծառայության հետ իրականացվող ծրագրերը։ Այդ համատեքստում նա ընդգծել է, որ նոր վարչական համալիրը կնպաստի փրկարարների համար առավել անվտանգ և հարմարավետ աշխատանքային պայմանների ստեղծմանը։
ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը և Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Դեյվիդ Ալենը շրջել են նոր վարչական համալիրում, ծանոթացել շենքային պայմաններին, դրա ֆունկցիոնալ հնարավորություններին, ծառայողների համար ստեղծված աշխատանքային և կենցաղային պայմաններին, հանգստի և կապի սենյակների հագեցվածությանը, ինչպես նաև տեխնիկական և գույքային ապահովվածությանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ վարչական համալիրի շինարարությունը մեկնարկել էր 2025 թվականի ամռանը և ամբողջ ընթացքում գտնվել է ՆԳ նախարարության խիստ վերահսկողության ներքո՝ շինարարական աշխատանքների որակի և սահմանված ժամկետների պահպանման նպատակով։
Սևանի ջրափրկարարական կայանի կառուցումն իրականացվել է ՆԳ նախարարության, ԱՄՆ Եվրոպական հրամանատարության և Հայատանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության ԱՄՆ ռազմական խմբի աջակցությամբ։
ՆԳ նախարարն այցելել է նաև Ջրային պարեկային ծառայության մոդուլային բլոկներից պատրաստված լողացող նավամատույց՝ հետևել ջրային պարեկների ծառայությանը։

Construction of the new administrative complex of the Sevan Water Rescue Station has been completed. From now on, the Water Rescue Station will operate in modern facilities that meet international standards, contributing to greater operational efficiency.
On 13 July, the opening ceremony of the new administrative complex was held, attended by Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan and U.S. Chargé d’Affaires a.i. to Armenia David Allen.
Also in attendance were Aram Ghazaryan, Director of the Rescue Service and Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs; Karen Sargsyan, Governor of Gegharkunik Province; as well as representatives of state authorities and local self-government bodies.
Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan expressed her gratitude to the U.S. Government, the U.S. Embassy in Armenia, and all partners for their support in the construction of the new administrative complex of the Water Rescue Station. She emphasized that the cooperation built over the years has evolved into a constructive partnership and friendship.
The Minister noted that the Government of the Republic of Armenia will continue to take consistent steps towards the development of the Rescue Service by expanding its infrastructure and strengthening its capacities.
“This building represents new infrastructure. While we are investing in a new facility, above all, we are investing in the safety of our rescuers and our citizens. It is equally important that our rescuers live and work in safe conditions and have the proper environment in which to carry out rescue operations, as this directly affects the quality of the services we provide to our citizens.”
“This infrastructure should serve as a new starting point for all of us to further develop our capacities, acquire new skills, strengthen our existing ones, and deliver higher-quality services to the public,” Arpine Sargsyan emphasized.
The Minister of Internal Affairs highly commended the dedication and responsible service of the water rescuers, noting that their work is often crucial to saving lives. She expressed confidence that the commissioning of the new infrastructure would create new opportunities for the development of the Service, strengthening the capacities of the water rescuers and increasing the likelihood of the successful completion of every rescue operation.
U.S. Chargé d’Affaires a.i. to Armenia David Allen highlighted the cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the U.S. Government, noting that it continues to deepen and includes programmes implemented with the Rescue Service. He emphasized that the new administrative complex will help ensure safer and more comfortable working conditions for rescuers.
Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan and U.S. Chargé d’Affaires a.i. to Armenia David Allen toured the new administrative complex and familiarized themselves with its facilities, functional capabilities, the working and living conditions created for the personnel, the equipment of the recreation and communication rooms, as well as the technical equipment and supplies.
It should be noted that the construction of the administrative complex commenced in the summer of 2025 and was under the strict supervision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs throughout the entire process to ensure the quality of the construction works and compliance with the established deadlines.
The construction of the Sevan Water Rescue Station was carried out with the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the U.S. European Command, and the U.S. Embassy in Armenia’s Office of Defense Cooperation.
The Minister of Internal Affairs also visited the Water Patrol Service’s floating dock made of modular units and observed the work of water patrol officers.
