ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղազարյանը հուլիսի 14-ին ընդունել է Էստոնիայի միջազգային զարգացման կենտրոնի ղեկավար կազմին։
Քննարկման առանցքում Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի միջև ՆԳ նախարարության մանդատի շրջանակում համագործակցության ընթացքն ու զարգացման հեռանկարներն էին։
Էստոնական կողմը վերահաստատել է, որ Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ Էստոնիայի առաջնահերթ գործընկեր երկրներից մեկը՝ ընդգծելով երկկողմ համագործակցությունը երկարաժամկետ և գործնական ծրագրերի միջոցով առավել խորացնելու պատրաստակամությունը։
Անդրադառնալով սահմանային կառավարման և միգրացիայի ոլորտներում իրականացվող աշխատանքներին՝ Արմեն Ղազարյանը ներկայացրել է ՆԳ նախարարությունում ընթացող ինստիտուցիոնալ բարեփոխումները։
Խոսելով կրթական բաղադրիչի մասին՝ ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալը նշել է, որ ՆԳՆ կրթահամալիրում, ոստիկանների և փրկարարների մասնագիտացման ծրագրերին զուգահեռ, նախատեսվում է ներդնել նաև սահմանապահների մասնագիտացված կրթական ծրագրեր՝ հիմնված միջազգային լավագույն փորձի և ժամանակակից կրթական մեթոդաբանության վրա։
Կողմերը քննարկել են համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունները սահմանային կառավարման, սահմանապահ ծառայողների կարողությունների զարգացման, փաստաթղթերի ստուգման համակարգերի կատարելագործման, մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի դեմ պայքարի, ինչպես նաև մասնագիտական վերապատրաստումների կազմակերպման ուղղություններով։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև թվայնացման ոլորտում համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորություններին։
Ավարտին կողմերը վերահաստատել են համագործակցության հետագա ընդլայնման հանձնառությունը՝ կարևորելով համատեղ ծրագրերի մշակումն ու արդյունավետ իրականացումը։
Armenia Remains One of Estonia’s Priority Partner Countries: Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Received the Leadership of the Estonian Centre for International Development
On 14 July, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan received the leadership of the Estonian Centre for International Development (ESTDEV).
The discussions centred on the progress of cooperation between Armenia and Estonia within the mandate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as on prospects for its further development.
The Estonian side reaffirmed that Armenia remains one of Estonia’s priority partner countries, emphasizing its readiness to further deepen bilateral cooperation through long-term and practical programmes.
Referring to the ongoing work in the areas of border management and migration, Armen Ghazaryan presented the institutional reforms currently underway within the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Speaking about the educational component, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs noted that, alongside the specialised educational programs for police officers and rescuers at the MIA Educational Complex, specialised educational programs for border guards are planned to be introduced, drawing on international best practices and modern educational methodologies.
The parties discussed opportunities for expanding cooperation in the areas of border management, capacity development for border guards, enhancement of document verification systems, combating trafficking in persons, as well as the organisation of professional training programmes.
The parties also discussed opportunities for expanding cooperation in the field of digitalization.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to further expand cooperation, underscoring the importance of developing and effectively implementing joint programmes.
