ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը ապրիլի 14-ին ընդունել է Լիտվայի Հանրապետության ՆԳ նախարար Վլադիսլավ Կոնդրատովիչի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը։
Արփինե Սարգսյանը շնորհավորել է Վլադիսլավ Կոնդրատովիչին` նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ։ Նախարար Սարգսյանը կարևորել է Հայաստանի և Լիտվայի բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, որոնք արտացոլված են նաև միջգերատեսչական համագործակցության մակարդակում։
ՆԳ նախարարը կարևորել է ԵՄ ֆինանսավորմամբ և Լիտվայի ու Լատվիայի Հանրապետությունների իրականացմամբ կյանքի կոչված «Աջակցություն Հայաստանում իրավապահ համակարգի և անվտանգության բարեփոխումներին» ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում ֆինանսական ներդրումները գերազանցում են 2 մլն եվրոն։
Արփինե Սարգսյանն անդրադարձել է ծրագրի բաղադրիչների շրջանակում ՆԳ նախարարությունում և ենթակա ծառայություններում իրականացված աշխատանքներին ու կոնկրետ ուղղություններով գրանցված արդյունքներին։
Լիտվայի ՆԳ նախարար Վլադիսլավ Կոնդրատովիչը իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության և արդյունավետ համագործակցության համար՝ շեշտելով թե՛ իրավապահ ոլորտում, թե՛ միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության ոլորտում առկա փոխգործակցությունը։
Քննարկվել են նաև վիզաների ազատականացման, սահմանային կառավարման, ոստիկանության, փրկարար ծառայության ոլորտներին առնչվող և փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր։
Կողմերը վերահաստատել են երկկողմ համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու պատրաստակամությունը։
Հանդիպման ավարտին ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պետ-ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ, ոստիկանության գեներալ-մայոր Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը և Լիտվայի Հանրապետության ոստիկանության գլխավոր հանձնակատար, գեներալ Արունաս Պաուլաուսկասը ստորագրել են «Լիտվայի Հանրապետության ՆԳ նախարարության ոստիկանության դեպարտամենտի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ՆԳ նախարարության ոստիկանության միջև երկկողմ համագործակցության ամրապնդման մասին 2025-2026 թվականների գործողությունների ծրագիրը»։

On April 14, Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan received the delegation led by the Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, Vladislav Kondratovič. Arpine Sargsyan congratulated Vladislav Kondratovič on his appointment as the Minister. The Minister Sargsyan highlighted the importance of the friendly relations between Armenia and Lithuania, which are also reflected in the level of interagency cooperation.
The Minister of Internal Affairs highlighted the importance of the “Support to Law Enforcement and Security Reforms in Armenia” program, funded by the EU and implemented by the Republics of Lithuania and Latvia, within the framework of which financial investments exceed 2 million euros.
Arpine Sargsyan addressed the work carried out within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its subordinate services under the components of the program, as well as the results achieved in specific areas.
Lithuanian Interior Minister Vladislav Kondratovič, in turn, expressed gratitude for the warm reception and effective cooperation, highlighting the existing collaboration in both the law enforcement sector and the fields of migration and citizenship services.
A number of issues of mutual interest related to liberalization of visas, border management, Police, and Rescue Services were also discussed. The parties reaffirmed their willingness to expand bilateral cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, the Chief of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Major General of Police Aram Hovhannisyan and Police Commissioner General of the Lithuanian Police Arūnas Paulauskas, signed the “2025-2026 Action Plan to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation between the Police Department of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania and the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.”
