Հուլիսի 21-ին երկօրյա աշխատանքային այցով Թբիլիսի է մեկնել ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը։
Դիմավորման պաշտոնական արարողության ընթացքում Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանն ու Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Գելա Գելաձեն ծաղկեպսակ են դրել ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելիս զոհված ոստիկանների հուշակոթողին։ Այնուհետև տեղի է ունեցել երկկողմ հանդիպում։
Վրաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Գելա Գելաձեն, ողջունելով Հայաստանի պատվիրակությանը, կարևորել է ջերմ ու բարեկամական հարաբերություններն ինչպես երկու երկրների, այնպես էլ ՆԳ նախարարությունների միջև։
Նախարար Գելաձեն ընդգծել է, որ հաճախակի հանդիպումները նպաստում են բարեկամության ու գործընկերային հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը։
Վրաստանի Ներքին գործերի նախարարի խոսքով՝ իրավապահ երկու համակարգերի միջև ձևավորված օպերատիվ կապն անդրազգային
հանցավորության դեմ առավել արդյունավետ պայքարի կարևորագույն գործիք է։
Հայաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար, ընդգծել է, որ երկու պետությունները ոչ միայն կիսում են պետական սահմանն, այլև ունեն դարավոր բարեկամություն, մշակութային ու ռազմավարական ամուր կապեր՝ հիմնված երկու ժողովուրդների միջև առկա փոխադարձ հարգանքի վրա։
Նախարար Սարգսյանը վստահություն է հայտնել, որ Գելա Գելաձեի պաշտոնավարման օրոք երկու կառույցների միջև հարաբերություններն առավել կսերտանան։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկման առարկա են դարձել երկու գերատեսչությունների գործունեության ոլորտի մի շարք ուղղություններ, որոնք գտնվում են համագործակցության բարձր մակարդակի վրա։
Հաջորդիվ Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի ներքին գործերի նախարարները ստորագրել են ռեադմիսիոն (հետընդունման) համաձայնագիր, որը հնարավորություն կտա առավել արդյունավետ կառավարել միգրացիոն հոսքերը։
Այնուհետև նախարարներ Արփինե Սարգսյանն ու Գելա Գելաձեն առանձնազրույց են ունեցել։
A delegation led by Armenia’s Minister of Internal Affairs visits Tbilisi for a two-day working visit. Readmission agreement is signed
On July 21, a delegation led by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Arpine Sargsyan, arrived in Tbilisi for a two-day working visit. As part of the official welcoming ceremony, Minister Sargsyan and her Georgian counterpart, Minister of Internal Affairs Gela Gela Geladze, laid a wreath at the memorial dedicated to police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty.
Subsequently, a bilateral meeting took place. Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs Gela Geladze, welcoming the Armenian delegation, highlighted the warm and friendly relations between both the two countries and their respective Ministries of Internal Affairs. Minister Gela Geladze emphasized that frequent meetings contribute to the development of friendly relations.
According to the Georgian Minister of Internal Affairs, the established operational cooperation between the two law enforcement systems is a key tool in ensuring a more effective fight against transnational crime. Armenian Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan, expressing gratitude for the warm welcome, emphasized that Armenia and Georgia not only share a state border, but also a centuries-old friendship, as well as strong cultural and strategic ties based on mutual respect between their peoples.
Minister Sargsyan expressed confidence that under Gela Geladze’s tenure, relations between the two institutions will become even closer. During the meeting, a number of areas within the scope of activities of the two ministries, which are characterized by a high level of cooperation, were discussed.
Subsequently, the Ministers of Internal Affairs of Georgia and Armenia signed a Readmission agreement, which will enable more effective management of migration flows.
Lastly, the Ministers Arpine Sargsyan and Gela Geladze held a private conversation.
