Սեպտեմբերի 3-ին ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղազարյանն ընդունել է ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչներին։
Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Արմեն Ղազարյանը բարձր է գնահատել երկուստեք ձևավորված արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը։
Կողմերը քննարկել են Safe YOU հավելվածի գործառնությանն առնչվող հարցեր։
Հավելվածը բազմաֆունկցիոնալ հարթակ է, որը մշակվել է ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի աջակցությամբ և ներդրվելու է ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության համակարգում: Այն միտված է ընտանեկան բռնության ենթարկված անձանց անվտանգությունն ապահովելուն, բռնության կանխարգելման մեխանիզմների ուժեղացմանը, հանրային իրազեկվածության բարձրացմանը։
Արմեն Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ հավելվածի գործարկումը համապատասխանում է համակարգի թվայնացման շարունակական տրամաբանությանը: Նաև ընդգծել է հավելվածի համակողմանի ուսումնասիրության և գնահատման անհրաժեշտությունը։
ՄԱԿ-ի Բնակչության հիմնադրամի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Լուսինե Սարգսյանը ներկայացրել է Safe YOU հավելվածի հնարավորությունները՝ նշելով, որ այն բռնության ենթարկված անձին թույլ կտա օպերատիվորեն ազդանշան փոխանցել ոստիկանությանը. արդյունքում համայնքային ոստիկանն առավել արագ կտեղեկանա և կարձագանքի դեպքին:
Հանդիպմանը ներկայացվել են նաև հավելվածի տեխնիկական հնարավորությունները, վերլուծական և հաշվետվողական գործիքակազմը։ Քննարկվել են գործառնությանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր։
Issues Related to the Operation of the Safe YOU Application were Discussed. Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Receives Representatives of the UN Population Fund Armenia Office
On September 3, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan received representatives of the United Nations Population Fund’s Armenia Office.
Welcoming the guests, Armen Ghazaryan highly appreciated the effective cooperation established between the two sides. The parties discussed issues related to the operation of the Safe YOU application.
The application is a multifunctional platform developed with the support of the United Nations Population Fund’s Armenia Office (UNFPA Armenia) and is set to be integrated into the system of the Community Police Main Department of the Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It is aimed at ensuring the safety of victims of domestic violence, strengthening violence prevention mechanisms, and raising public awareness.
Armen Ghazaryan noted that the launch of the application aligns with the ongoing digitalization strategy of the Ministry. He also emphasized the need for a comprehensive study and evaluation of the application.
Lusine Sargsyan, Head of the UNFPA Armenia Office, presented the capabilities of the Safe YOU application, noting that it enables individuals subjected to violence to send an immediate alert to the police. As a result, the Community police can be informed more quickly and respond more effectively to incidents.
The technical capabilities of the application, as well as its analytical and reporting tools, were also presented during the meeting. A number of issues related to its operation were discussed.
