ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Արմեն Ղազարյանը մայիսի 26-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Էստոնիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Մարգե Մարդիսալու-Կահարին։
Բարձր գնահատելով երկու երկրների միջև ձևավորված գործընկերային հարաբերությունները՝ կողմերը քննարկել են համագործակցության ընդլայնման հեռանկարները և երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող մի շարք հարցեր։
Անդրադարձ է կատարվել ՀՀ–ԵՄ մուտքի արտոնագրերի ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսության ընթացիկ փուլին, կենսաչափական համակարգի ներդրմանը, ինչպես նաև ՆԳ նախարարությունում և ենթակա ծառայություններում թվայնացման գործընթացին։
Անդրադառնալով կրթական բաղադրիչին ՝ Արմեն Ղազարյանը նշել է, որ ՆԳՆ կրթահամալիրում, ոստիկանների և փրկարարների մասնագիտացմանը զուգահեռ, նախատեսվում է ներդնել նաև սահմանապահների մասնագիտացված կրթական ծրագրեր՝ միջազգային լավագույն փորձի և ժամանակակից մեթոդաբանությունների հիման վրա։ Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ գործընթացում ուսումնական ծրագրերի մշակման և ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների զարգացման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է միջազգային գործընկերների, այդ թվում՝ էստոնական փորձագիտական աջակցության ներգրավմամբ։
Դեսպան Մարգե Մարդիսալու-Կահարը վերահաստատել է Էստոնիայի պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու գործուն աջակցությունը ՆԳ նախարարության մանդատի շրջանակում իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին։
Կարևորելով փորձի փոխանակումը, ինստիտուցիոնալ կարողությունների ամրապնդումը և թվայնացման ոլորտում նոր ծրագրերի իրականացումը՝ կողմերը վերահաստատել են համագործակցությունն ընդլայնելու պատրաստակամությունը։
Implementation of New Digitalization Projects Emphasized: Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Receives Estonian Ambassador to Armenia
On 26 May, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan received H.E. Mrs. Marge Mardisalu-Kahar, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Armenia.
Highly appreciating the partnership established between the two countries, the parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation and a number of issues of mutual interest.
The parties also touched upon the current stage of the Armenia–EU Visa Liberalization Dialogue, the introduction of the biometric system, as well as the digitalization process within the Ministry of Internal Affairs and its subordinate services.
Touching upon the educational component, Armen Ghazaryan noted that within the Ministry’s Educational Complex, alongside the specialization of police officers and rescuers, it is also planned to introduce specialized educational programmes for border guards based on international best practices and modern methodologies.
According to him, in this process Armenia is interested in engaging international partners, including Estonian expert support, in the areas of curriculum development and institutional capacity building.
Ambassador Marge Mardisalu-Kahar reaffirmed Estonia’s readiness to continue providing active support to the reforms being implemented within the mandate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Emphasizing the importance of experience exchange, institutional capacity building and the implementation of new digitalization programmes, the parties reaffirmed their readiness to expand cooperation.
